Joel was born in Pottsville, Pa. and is a graduate of Penn State University.  His first employment was a hitch in the U.S. Marine Corp.  Subsequently, and for 20 years, he was in management with a large retail chain and involved with sales and marketing.  For another 15 years Joel worked in general real estate in Southern California.  Since 1990 Joel has worked as a real estate agent in south Florida specializing in residential properties.

Suzanne Nester, was born and raised in Pennsylvania. This gives her insights into the needs and desires of her clients from the north. She began her real estate career in 1980 and is currently a licensed associates broker and Certified Appraiser in the state of Pennsylvania. She is now an accomplished license realtor in the state of Florida. Lisa is a former Ohio resident and knows what it is like to vacation and relocate to the Florida area. She and her husband of 22 years, moved to Fort Myers, Florida 18 years ago.
